Supply Chain Act Complaint

The supply chain act

As the leading children's drink, we want to help make the world a better place and leave a better planet for the children. In doing so, we are aware of our economic, environmental and social responsibilities and understand the challenges that global sourcing structures bring. Therefore, we work to analyse the social and environmental impacts of our business activities, to identify risks and to minimise them.

The supply chain act, or LkSG (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz), came into force on 1 January 2023. The law regulates corporate responsibility for compliance with human rights and environmental obligations in global supply chains. Currently, Capri Sun is not yet affected by the law. However, we take our responsibility seriously and are already implementing the law.

Complaint under the Supply Chain Act

With our complaints procedure, we want to ensure a trusting but also transparent handling of complaints about violations of human rights as well as environmental protection obligations. A complaint to the LkSG can be used to report suspicions of possible human rights or environmental risks or breaches of duty, such as child labour, discrimination, forced labour or the harmful contamination of soil, water and air, as well as harmful noise emissions and excessive water consumption, which have a connection to the Capri Sun Group, its supply chains or its employees.

At the bottom of this page, you have the option to complain about a violation of human rights or environmental protection under the Supply Chain Act. If you have a complaint about a product or other issue, or would like to reach Capri-Sun customer service, please use the appropriate contact option linked here.
